Our author, Paramhans Narendra was born on 15th November 1954 near the holy city of Amritsar. Driven by a deep longing for spiritual enlightenment, he began a transformational journey in 1993 under the tutelage of Guru Paramahans Nikhaleshwaranand and Shuddha Satva Pradhan Mahamaya. Attained Paramhans state by studying spiritual and higher yoga science.
